If you sewed a "scrunchie" in the 80's-early 90's that's all you do for this cute cover. I just added fusible fleece for a little comfort, and a ruffle for a little cuteness.
I really don't know how to sew nor do I claim to know how. So pardon my non-sewing lingo! 
These instructions make sense to my crazy little brain, sorry if they are confusing.
