If you sewed a "scrunchie" in the 80's-early 90's that's all you do for this cute cover. I just added fusible fleece for a little comfort, and a ruffle for a little cuteness.
I really don't know how to sew nor do I claim to know how. So pardon my non-sewing lingo! 
These instructions make sense to my crazy little brain, sorry if they are confusing.
Super cute! I've been meaning to make one FOREVAH!! Just haven't had time... maybe I'll make time, cuz that's just stinkin' cute!
